1. Booking & Payment
A booking is only confirmed once the reservation form is submitted and you receive a confirmation email.
Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required to secure your booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 5 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
3. House Rules
No smoking inside the property.
No parties or events unless previously agreed upon.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
4. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
A security deposit may be charged and refunded after check-out, subject to inspection.
The property owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items during your stay.

Any illegal or disruptive activity will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
